Our Exclusive 10 step cleaning process
Before our arrival please remove small breakables and valuables from furniture to be moved by our staff. Also live plants, shoes, toys, any small items etc., can be moved to areas not be cleaned.

	STEP 1   Pre-Inspection Inspect the areas to be cleaned for customer areas of concern. Discuss all necessary furniture to be moved or left in place. Also determine the carpet fiber to be cleaned. We will let you know of any staining that may be permanent.
	STEP 2   Move Furniture Sofa's, end tables, chairs etc.. will be moved to clean underneath. Larger pieces such as beds are taken on an individual basis. We will protect all wood and metal legs with protective tabs and blocks.
	STEP 3   Pre Spot  Tough stains such as urine and coffee will be pro-spotted for more effective removal.(red stains require special procedures and are charged extra)ask for details.
	Step 4    Pre Spray prepay heavy traffic lanes, to break away deep embedded soil.
	Step 5   Agitation We will agitate the pre-spray with a carpet brush to help loosen even more soil.
	Step 6   Extract and Rinse We will extract and rinse the carpet with our powerful truck mounted cleaning machine. This will thoroughly flush the carpet fiber clean top to bottom without over wetting. Pressure and temperature are controlled, typically around 200 degrees.
	Step 7   Neutralize and post spot This will adjust the ph of the carpet and leave the fiber soft. Also prepares the carpeting for Teflon protecter.Spots not yet removed will be spotted again.
	Step 8   Post Groom If necessary depending on the carpet construction, we will groom the fiber with a carpet rake. This will remove the wand marks and set the pile for faster drying.
	Step 9    Speed Dry Our high velocity air movers will help dry the carpet faster.
	Step 10  Post inspection Walk the areas cleaned to see how much better they look.

STEP 11(optional)   Apply Dupont Teflon, a must have with children and pets

After the cleaning
Be careful walking from carpet to hard surfaces. Floors can be slippery. Remove blocks and tabs 24 hours after carpet is cleaned. Carpet should be vacuumed anytime after the first 24 hours.
